Chris Cummaudo

Director & Co-founder


My career to date has spanned 20 years across industries including automotive, technology, and telecommunications. I have a passion for technology, and graduated as a Computer Systems Engineer from RMIT in Melbourne. My roles have ranged from electronic hardware design, software engineering, project & product management, business development, sales, global team leadership, and senior management positions. I've been fortunate to have lived and worked in both Europe, and the US. I've also spent a number of years working with organisations around the globe.

The one universal truth that I've learnt in my career is that despite the relentless pace of progress in technology and automation, people matter. They are truly the heart and soul of any organisation, and they are the fundamental ingredient to business success. I'm passionate to share these learnings with our clients.

On the personal side, I've recently taken up cycling (previously I'd NEVER imagined I'd be a MAMIL!), and enjoy spending time with my wife and our two little ones.

Dan Rosso

Director & Co-founder


I’ve spent over 30 years in financial markets and telecommunications industries. The majority of this time has been in management and leadership roles across sales, service, business development, product management, customer service and project management. I’ve led many improvement initiatives focused on improving the way my teams work and also customer service.

Throughout my career I’ve dealt with customers ranging from retail investors, financial institutions, medium businesses through to the largest Australian brands. My passion has always been working closely with my teams to enable them to provide the best possible service to the customers. I’ve experienced a lot and I’ve learnt a lot.

I am now looking forward to taking this experience and knowledge to clients of Blue Scala to guide and support them on their journeys of constant change.
